The InstantVap® 18V Turbo is a high-output cordless oxalic acid vaporizer designed for fast, repeatable apiary work. Its heating system can vaporise a 2g dose in approximately 10 seconds at the recommended 260°C setting. Dynamic temperature control, an adjustable 1–4g dispenser and clear LED feedback help streamline treatment from hive to hive.

The InstantVap® 18V Turbo brings speed, accurate temperature control and cordless convenience to oxalic acid vaporisation.
Developed for demanding apiary work, the Turbo has a dynamic temperature control to maintain the selected operating temperature. At the recommended setting of 260°C, it vaporises a 2g dose of oxalic acid dihydrate in approximately 10 seconds.
A highly visible status light lets the operator check the unit at a glance:
- Slow flashing: heating
- Steady light: ready
- Rapid flashing: vaporisation in progress
- Double flash followed by a pause: battery discharged
The integrated display shows temperature and battery voltage and can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit. It also records the unit’s total cycle count and the cycles completed with the currently connected battery.
The supplied stainless-steel dispenser adjusts without tools from 1g to 4g. Its push-action design provides quick loading, while the handle includes storage for an optional spare dispenser.
A straight, replaceable 6mm brass outlet helps reduce clogging and provides full-length access for cleaning. Gripping edges help support the vaporizer in the hive entrance, while the double-wall heating chamber improves performance in cold or windy conditions.
The acid-resistant stainless-steel construction is designed for durability in regular apiary use. Integrated low-voltage protection stops heating if battery voltage falls below approximately 15.2V.
Choose the battery socket that matches your existing cordless-tool battery system. Each vaporizer is manufactured for one battery platform only and cannot accept the other listed battery types without modification.

WARNING: Oxalic acid vapour is hazardous, and the vaporizer becomes extremely hot during use. For outdoor use only. Operators must wear suitable protective clothing, thick gloves, eye protection and an appropriate full-face respirator with manufacturer-recommended combined filters.
Do not use in rain. Do not touch hot surfaces, place the unit on flammable material or transport it until completely cool and the battery has been removed. Keep away from children and untrained users.
